Weight: 17.5 lbs. above prepreg. weight
Workouts:
At least 3 runs per week
At least 1 kickboxing class
At least 1 day cross-training, either swim or spin.
The scale will NOT budge. I am so discouraged. Pissed off, even. Last time at this exact point I was WAY ahead of where I am now, and continually seeing results. It's been 3 weeks since I saw the scale go down, and I have worked my BUTT off since then, and eaten very healthy. I mean really really healthy.
I need to change a few things. First of all, this time I have a baby who sleeps late in the morning. 90% of the time I have been able to sleep in with her, while Blake watches Caleb for me. I have slept as late as 11 am a LOT. I think that is not helping my weight loss.
Also, I need to lift weights more, and do more abs work. I have been doing a lot of cardio and not much strength training.
Finally, I just need to eat normal for me. I am wondering if that will help. I have been eating small breakfast and large lunch and dinner, with minimal to no snacking. I am going to eat 2 snacks a day, and a large breakfast with smaller lunch and dinner. That's my natural inclination.

WHAT? how annoying. You are my hero at being so disciplined about working out. hope you figure out what works for you.
