Wight loss this week: 0 lbs.

Still 17.5 lbs. above prepreg. weight

Workouts:
1 spin class
1 20 min stair climb followed by 1 hour yoga class
1 6 mile run
2 3 mile runs

I can't believe how much weight you've already lost! I also can't believe you started out w/ 3 mile runs...you are amazing! Good job and don't get discouraged, you will lose that weight, especially w/ how hard core you work out! Good luck!
