FINALLY!!!!

12 Weeks Postpartum, and for the first time in a MONTH, I saw the scale go down.

What did I change? I stopped sleeping in with Anndi. And that's it.

Weight Loss this Week: 2 lbs.

Weight above Prepreg. Weight: 15.5 lbs.

Workouts:
2000 yard swim
3 mile run
4 mile run, weights, and abs
1 hour kickboxing class
3 mile run & abs
1 hour kickboxing class & 30 min BOSU class
