FOOD



  1. fried foods - NONE

  2. cookies - NONE

  3. fat-filled frozen yogurt - NONE

  4. eating out - I have eaten out a lot. We went out of town this weekend.

  5. overeating - I overate all weekend while we were out of town. :(

  6. eating late at night - NONE

NEW GOALS



  1. FOOD: I did really well, except for eating out over the weekend, and overeating when I ate out!

  2. EXERCISE: I ran 4 times this week!

  3. SLEEP: I did really well with this until we went out of town. I also stayed up too late last night. :(

  4. POUNDS: Lost 1 lb
