29 Weeks Postpartum
When people say, "You Can't,"
You say, "Try Me."


So many people said to me, "Everyone keeps on 5 pounds from each pregnancy."
Or, "If you gain more than 25 to 35 pounds with your pregnancy, then you may never lose it."
Or, "It always takes at least a year to lose your pregnancy weight."

Well, when I knew I would be gaining close to 60 pounds with my pregnancy, I did not want to hear those things. I refused to believe them, and I decided, I will prove them wrong.

Here I am, 6 months and 3 weeks Postpartum with a beautiful, healthy baby boy. Caleb is da bomb. He's so much fun. He's almost 17 pounds now! I stepped on the scale with him in my arms the other day and noticed that I was 35 pounds LIGHTER holding him than I was when I had him in the womb on his due date!!!!

Weight: 3 lbs. above prepreg. weight (I lost 2.5 lbs. this week!!!)
Weekly Activity:

I am sick with a BAD cold. I did not exercise this week. Caleb is sick too. We're getting better now though, with Priesthood blessings, medicine, liquids, and sleep.

We Won!!




Me, Blake, and my dad did a relay triathlon today and we won the Family Relay division! My dad swam the 300 yards in 5 minutes 20 seconds, Blake did the 16.5 mile bike in 48 minutes, and I ran the 3 mile run in 26 minutes 25 seconds! It was so awesome!

Our team name was "Team Caleb!" So technically, Caleb won his first triathlon. Go C-bear!

1- Kickboxing
2- Ran 3 miles
3- Kickboxing
4- Ran 3 miles in a relay triathlon! My dad swam and Blake biked!

FINALLY!!! 27 Weeks (or 6 months & 1 Week) Postpartum

Weight: 5.5 lbs. above prepreg. weight! (I lost 1.5 lbs. after weighing the same for WEEKS)
Weekly Activity:

1- Ran 8 Miles
2- Kickboxing
3- Ran 3.1 Miles and weight lifted
4- Kickboxing and Bosu Class (Blake Kickboxed with me! So fun!)

26 Weeks Postpartum

Well, I am at a stand still at the moment. This is what I did this week:

Weight: 7 lbs. above prepreg. weight (lost 0 lbs still... but didn't gain any!)

Weekly Activity:

1- Ran 3 Miles
2- Ran 4 Miles
3- Spin Class 30 Minutes
4- Kickboxing
