Well, I am at a stand still at the moment. This is what I did this week:
Weight: 7 lbs. above prepreg. weight (lost 0 lbs still... but didn't gain any!)
Weekly Activity:
1- Ran 3 Miles
2- Ran 4 Miles
3- Spin Class 30 Minutes
4- Kickboxing

Good job Dani! I have not workeed out at all and I am over weight. I will be starting tho soon! Watch out here come's lori running always to your house!
