14 Weeks Postpartum

Weight: 12 lbs. over prepreg. weight (I am just glad I didn't gain weight this week! I didn't get to work out much and I did not eat as well as usual.)
Weekly Activity:

1- Spin class and abs
2- 12 mile run
3- Walked Disney World for 3 days
4- Ran 30 mins. and did Yoga

And, I must say, you are very inspiring. you only have 12 pounds to go and your baby is still TEENY!
