RACES
Since Anndi was born 15 months ago, I have done the following races:
- 4 half marathons
- 1 full marathon
- 2 small sprint triathlons last summer
OBSTACLES
Since my race in December, I have been enormously slacking off. Christmas brought sick family members and it did not end until Spring arrived. Plus, I think I got burnt out from so much training!
FOOD
Also, I have developed some food weaknesses. These include:
- fried foods
- cookies (I have been baking literally every night)
- fat-filled frozen yogurt
- eating out
- overeating
- eating late at night
I am so sad to report that since Christmas, I have gained back 7.5 pounds!!! :( That is such an embarrassing thing to admit to, but I know the reasons for it! I have not been running as much, and I have been giving into my "food weaknesses." Also, my sleep schedule has been awry.
NEW GOALS
- FOOD: Omit ALL of my food weaknesses every day
- EXERCISE: Run 4 times a week
- SLEEP: Go to sleep before 11:30 every night
- POUNDS: Lose 14 pounds
- TIME FRAME: By May 25. This gives me 7 weeks!
- I WILL REPORT WEEKLY! I gotta go, it's time for my run! :)
