Yay! 7 1/2 Months Postpartum


Current Weight above Prepreg. Weight: 1.5 lbs.


What I've been doing to exercise and lose weight:


Eat moderate portions (intuitive eating! Not something I normally do. Haha)

Training for the marathon in October

Pilates at least twice a week

Weights at least once a week
