REALLY GETTING THERE!

I am now 1.5 lbs BELOW my prepreg weight!!!!!

Exercise this last week:

1- 7 mile run
1- 13 mile run
1- 5 mile run
1- 1 hour pilates class

What I've been doing to exercise and lose weight:


Eat moderate portions (intuitive eating! Not something I normally do. Haha)

Training for the marathon in October

Pilates at least twice a week

Weights at least once a week
