10 Weeks Postpartum

Workouts this week:
3- 3 mile runs
1- 5 mile run
2- Taekwondo Classes
1- Sculpt Class

Weight loss this week: 1.5 lbs.
Weight left til goal weight: 27 lbs.

11 Weeks Postpartum

Workouts this week:
1- Treadmill sprint workouts plus Volleyball night
2- Taekwondo Classes
1- 75 minute run
1- 5 mile run
1- 3 mile run

Weight loss this week: 0.5 lb.
Weight left til goal weight: 26.5 lbs.

Beginning to get discouraged again... Need to punch my punching bag more! Go time!
