Weight Loss the Last Two Weeks: 2 lbs.
Current Weight: 5.5 lbs above prepreg. weight!
The last TWO weeks' exercise:
1 - 3 mile run
2 - 45 minute spin class
3 - 3 mile run
4 - weight lifting
5 - track workout
6 - 3 mile run
7 - 17 mile bike ride
8 - 3 mile run
9 - track workout (4.5 miles split up, at 8 minute pace - fast for me!!!)
Also, my diet...
I have been trying to follow the following DAILY meal plan:
4 servings Grains
6 servings Vegetables
3 servings Fruits
4 servings Lean Meats
3 servings Low-Fat Dairy
7 glasses 10 oz. Water
This helps me to make sure I eat enough vegetables and not too many carbs. I do not follow it exactly every day, but it really helps me monitor what I am eating.
ALSO, I am eliminating all sweets and sugary foods with more than 5 grams of sugar per serving for the whole month of June. So far, this has helped me drop 2 stubborn pounds this month! Hoorah! I am far ahead where I was with Caleb at this point. I am sure that has to do with not suffering from postpartum depression at the moment, and also getting adequate sleep. I am so incredibly grateful to see the scale go down. I pray all the time for help, too. It makes me so happy to feel comfortable in my body.

I think I need to add prayer to my plan too!!
I've been trying to have yogurt and fruit for breakfast, and a salad at lunch. And trying to get my grains at snacks and dinner... I'm just getting going on the eating, it's always the hardest part for me.
